Pickleball Live Ball

"Pickleball live ball" is a high- energy, non-stop pickleball drill or game format, often described as "King/Queen Of the Court" style, where players rotate in and out to keep the rallies going without breaks. It's designed to provide an intense workout, improve skills like third-shot drops, dinking, and volleys, and is a very social and fast-paced way to play.
